Bronco Concrete Primer Sealer

Bronco Concrete Primer Sealer is a self sealing clear coat developed with high quality acrylic resins to seal new or old unpainted porous concrete and masonry surfaces, prior to application of elastomeric and water based paints. It promotes good adhesion and reduce forming of bubbles due to water infiltration.

Preparation:

Stir well before use. Do not thin product. Use with adequate ventilation. All surfaces must be clean and free of dirt, dust, efflorescence and oil.

New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30days. Treat cement with concrete neutralizer if surface is not cured sufficiently. Apply 1 to 2 coats of BRONCO Concrete Primer Sealer using brush or roller and allow to dry overnight. Apply 2 to 3 coats of Elastomeric Paint.

For old, unpainted surfaces, all holes and cracks must be properly patched with fast setting hydraulic cement. Clean surface by scrubbing with steel or nylon brush, or with Cement Cleaner/Etcher. Apply 1 to 2 coats of BRONCO Concrete Primer Sealer using brush or roller and allow to dry overnight. Apply 2 to 3 coats of Elastomeric Paint.

Suggested Syetem:

• BRONCO Concrete Primer Sealer - 1 to 2 coats
• Elastomeric Waterproofing Paint - 2 coats

Drying Time:

• Touch - 30mins
• Recoat - 4hrs

Precaution:

Product must be stored at room temperature. Do not store near heat, sparks or open flame. Exposure to heat may cause bursting. Use in a well ventilated area. Avoid breathing vapors or spray must open windows and doors or use other means to insure fresh air entry during application. Should be applied during warm weather.
